Within our Product BedBank area, we focus on building and optimizing a competitive hotel portfolio to support our B2B partners and distribution channels.

Your mission:

You will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and optimizing the hotel portfolio in Italy, ensuring strong commercial agreements, competitive product availability, and alignment with the needs of our B2B business.

What will you do in your day-to-day?


  • Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with hotel partners in Italy.
  • Manage and optimize the assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with product strategy.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contract conditions with suppliers.
  • Monitor and follow up on active offers, availability, and overall performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of product content and availability across systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Booking, Loading, Administration, and Finance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for hotel partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improving product offering and revenue.
  • Support administrative processes, including reconciliations and contract tracking.
  • Contribute to the growth and continuous optimization of the B2B product portfolio.

Minimum requirements

What do we need from you?

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong sourcing capabilities and a solid understanding of product strategy in a B2B environment, able to manage relationships and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, or similar roles within the tourism sector.
  • Knowledge of hotel contracting processes (FIT and dynamic product).
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of italian and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with supplier extranets, channel managers, and mapping processes.
  • Knowledge of the italian market or nearby regions.
  • Experience in Sourcing, Product, or B2B distribution environments.
  • Ability to analyse product performance and optimize portfolio strategy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
