As part of our Operations team, you will contribute to ensuring the accuracy and quality of travel product information, playing a key role in delivering reliable and efficient experiences for our partners and customers.

Your mission

As a Loading Operations Agent, your mission will be to ensure the accurate loading, maintenance, and quality control of hotel product information within our systems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee that contracts, rates, offers, and content are correctly reflected and available across our platforms.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

• Maintain and update hotel product information in internal systems.
• Upload hotel rates, offers, and promotional agreements.
• Apply contract amendments and updates accurately and on time.
• Manage stop sales and availability restrictions.
• Upload, review, and maintain hotel profiles and content.
• Monitor loaded contracts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to validate product information.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to loaded contracts and hotel content.
• Ensure compliance with established loading procedures and quality standards.

What do we need from you?

• At least 1 year of experience in contract loading or a similar operational role within the travel industry.
• Basic knowledge of tourism products and hotel content management.
• Understanding of contract loading processes.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with hotel contracting or operations teams.
• Knowledge of travel distribution systems and product management environments.
• Experience handling hotel rates, offers, and availability updates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
